Treatment Analyst
Teaching children with autism is a very specialized profession and it requires patience, enthusiasm and commitment. Autism Partnership hires high caliber and energetic individuals to join us as Treatment Analysts to implement 1:1 and group treatment programs.
Treatment Analysts will implement center-based treatment programs, observe and record children’s behaviors, monitor student progress, participate in clinic and team meetings, and receive pre-service and ongoing training from Program Supervisors and Consultants. We are looking for people with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
- Eagerness to learn from experts in the field of autism
- Prior experience teaching or working with children is preferred but not required
- Enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and commitment
- A creative thinker with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Enjoy working with children
Orientation Process:
Prior to working with kids individually, all new personnel must demonstrate competency in and graduate through our comprehensive modules of training. Once the rigorous training is completed, staff will have the skills needed to carry out program plans confidently and successfully.
Location: Upper East Side, New York
Autism Partnership staff typically spend their instructional time teaching in our clinic office located in Manhattan, NY. Additionally, treatment occurs in a variety of other settings including school, homes and community locations.
